Signa (Sig.) | This medicine must be prescribed by a pharmacist 1. Adult: (A) Hypertension: The initial dose of 50mg can be taken once a day, or with diuretics and other antihypertensive therapeutic agents. If the effect is not obvious, it will be increased to 100mg a day, usually taking 1-2 weeks. There is complete efficacy. (B) angina: the initial dose of 50mg once a day, if the effect is not obvious within one week, increase the dose to 100mg a day, and some patients must increase to 200mg to achieve the appropriate effect. 2. Children: There is no experience for children on this drug, so it should not be used. 3. Older people: The dose may be reduced, especially in patients with renal insufficiency. |
